1. Overview
At West Sun Tours, we are committed to providing exceptional tour experiences. We understand that plans may change, so we offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Full Refund: Customers can cancel up to 72 hours before the experience start time and receive a full refund.
50% Refund: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the experience start time, the customer will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the experience start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Cancellation by West Sun Tours
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour for safety reasons or when conditions make it unfeasible to operate the tour as advertised.
If a tour is canceled due to reasons within our control, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If cancellation or modification is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, civil protests, accidents), no refund will be provided.
4. How to Initiate a Refund Request
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Email us at aury@westsuntours.com with your full name, booking reference number, and reason for cancellation.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the tour date.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Fees
Any third-party fees (such as booking platform service charges) are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
Changes to bookings made less than 24 hours before the experience start time are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Modifications and Rescheduling
Customers who wish to reschedule their tour must request changes at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs if the new tour date has a higher rate.
